They started by carefully putting the eggs into the boiling water. They thought that was pretty cool. I was actually surprised that they were so careful!
Of course, they broke a couple and then decided what was on the inside of the egg was more interesting than boiling them. So....they decided to throw some off the balcony in the back:
So they chucked a few into the grass and then checked out the guts.Pretty soon the eggs had cooled and then they put the plastic clings on by shrinking the wraps in boiling water. They thought that was awesome too:
After the eggs were wrapped, the dye job began. The kids whipped through 4 dozen eggs in record time...of course, they had to make certain eggs certain characters that they loved....Star Wars, Special Fred, Pablo, and all sorts of weird names.
Of course, things got a little messy at times.....
And here is the final result of the 4 main characters.....
